Chia pudding with Crunchy Fruit

Vanilla Chia pudding with Crunchy Fruit

2 tbsp chia seed
1 cup milk of choice (cow milk or plant based)
1 tsp LIO berry mix powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp honey or agave syrup

    *decoration: pistachios and LIO raspberry

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a cup. Let it sit for 5 mins and then mix again thoroughly. Store in the fridge overnight. Top with LIO raspberry and pistachios.
